  • Internal codegen pushdown through Union logic does not work when
some Union columns are coming from lolepops above the Union.

This case needs to be detected and blocked.

Local fix

  • db2set DB2_TCG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS=?set disable_pushdown on?
or
db2set DB2_TCG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS=?set multi_stream_pushdown off?

Restart the instance after you have setup the above registry
variable, and REBIND the packages.
