  • IBM Support identified that there was insufficient information
present in MQ traces to diagnose a failure of a DeleteFile()
Windows API call.

Users review IBM MQ trace of a failure to remove a file.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Failure return codes from the Windows DeleteFile() API function
were not correctly captured in MQ trace diagnostics.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The MQ internal trace routines have been updated to provide more
information to IBM support in this scenario.
