IT37001: runmqdnm monitor reports "Unexpected error 2147746132" after migrating from earlier versions of MQ to MQ 9.2

Error description

• The runmqdnm program reports "class not registered" (2147746132)
  when run using IBM MQ 9.2.
  
  Following is the exception thrown
  AMQ8377S: Unexpected error 2147746132 was received by the
  application when attempting to use runmqdnm (run .NET monitor).

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An dependency omission during the building of the runmqdnm
  program meant that it failed with class not registered exception
  when run using a 64bit COM dll that implements IMQObjectTrigger.
  

Problem conclusion

• .NET framework has been updated to v4.5.1 for MQ v9.2. v4.5.1 is
  building libraries for 32bit by default,which is a change in
  behavior from .NET Framework v3.5. The projects have been
  updated to build the libraries for 64bit by default.
