• The object agent service is defined successfully but will not
  start. The
  
  start failure is a message box stating: "Windows could not
  start the
  spoa8080SPP-OBJECT-AGENT - Error 1067: The process terminated
  
  unexpectedly."

• Start the service via the command line.
  ie.  "C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\Server\spObjectAgent" gateway
