IT36819: WHEN SMTP SERVER IS UNAVAILABLE, THE CUSTOM REPORT JOB ENDS PARTIAL WITH ERROR: "NOTIFICATION FAILED:404 NULL"

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In IBM Spectrum Protect Plus when SMTP server is not available
  the custom report job ends partial with error: "Notification
  failed:404 null".
  
  Versions Affected: 10.1.5, 10.1.6, 10.1.7 and 10.1.8
  

Local fix

• After re-registering the SMTP server, the user can explicitly
  edit the custom report and enter the email address and save it.

Problem conclusion

• The previous null message due to an unhandled exception for the
  SMTP API has been updated with the appropriate error message
  that "Notifcation failed:SMTP server registration error found."
