Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: A code fix is provided. This issue is caused by the introduction of a specific status check in a particular block of code, leading to failures when the respective wfc's NextActivityInfoId happens to be in a WARNING state (evident from the filegateway logging in debug mode). Addressed this issue by making the needed code changes to bring back the older behavior and loop through the code for a specific iteration to check if we have obtained the right PrimaryDocumentId. Note that this code gets activated only by enabling the following property in the customer_overrides.properties file - filegateway.docFailureRetryAttempts=any positive integer >0 and <=25 Delivered in: 6000305 All future Fix Packs can be found in the Release Timeline Matrix: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6194265
