APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When logging into ACE web ui for IN or IS which has been secured
    with basic auth, a popup displays first to login - subsequently
    the login screen is displayed instead of taking you to the
    dashboard. The credentials from the first prompt are honoured,
    whatever is entered in the second screen is ignored. If We
    simply reload UI/Browser then dashboard is shown.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    ACE V11 Web Admin User Interface asks for user login twice if
    authentication mode basic auth is enabled.
    

Problem conclusion

  • ACE V11 Web Admin User Interface has been modified  to show User
    login screen once if authentication mode basic auth is enabled.
