APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When performing server-to-server EXPORT/IMPORT, the
MOVESIZETHRESH server option on the target (importing) server
determines the transaction size to use.  Due to a truncation
error, any value of MOVESIZETHRESH greater than 2047 will result
in an incorrect transaction size.  The default value for this
option is 4096, which will cause the failure.

Local fix

  • Set the MOVESIZETHRESH server option to 2047 or less.
