Error description
The user is having problem when "upgrading" their current PCOMM level going to PCOMM v13.0.4 level. The installation will fail with Error 1603. In the PCOMM install log file (pcsinst.log), this message is observed. "Maximum number of processes (150) reached. "

Install PCOMM 12.0.4 version in the Windows-10 operating system. 2. Launch PCOMM application with a few sessions. 3. Make sure the system is running more than 150 process. (check in Task Manager). 4. Try to upgrade with a higher version like 12.0.4 to 13.0.4. 5. PCOMM upgrade fails and it will pop up some error message. 6. Verify the failing scenario in the "pcsinst.log"
Problem conclusion
This issue is fixed with a dynamic number of processes stored into the array.
