IT36497: MEMORY LEAK WITH BIP2176S ERROR

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a message number is not found in the catalog, then the
  integration server logs the following error in the
  syslog
  
  BIP2176S: Could not find message '39978' in catalog
  'installdir/server/messages/En_US/BIPmsgs.cat', inserts are '1'
  '2' '3'
  
  When the BIP2176S is reported, it is noted that the
  integration server memory is growing
  

Local fix

• Avoid BIP2176S by including the message number in the catalog.

  All Users of <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255,
  255)">IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and </span>IBM
  Integration Bus V10.0 hitting a <span
  style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">BIP2176S
  error.</span>
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  z/OS, MultiPlatform
