Error description
For an integration node defined as MQ service, if the QM and bipbroker processes get killed (kill -9) at the same time, bipservice restarts bipbroker and it will keep on wait for QM to come up and will never end. Also, the biphttplistener and bipMQTT processes are left running. This would prevent fail over in case of HA nodes defined as MQ Service.

Problem conclusion
