Error description
In IIB, an HTTP OPTIONS request is handled by the listener and auto responded back to the client. The request is never passed to the message flow. However, in ACE, it's seen that the HTTP OPTIONS request is passed to the message flow similar to GET/POST methods.

Problem conclusion
The product no longer invokes the message flow when the HTTP request method is OPTIONS.
