IT35900: WINDOWS: CSDK INSTALLATION CAN FAIL WITH A SEGV

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• installation CSDK on a Windows OS may end abruptly without any
  error message.
  Running the installation with "-DDEBUG_LEVEL=9
  -DDEBUG_FILE=C:\tmp\debug.out" to generate debug information
  shows that the install aborts when calling:

  successfully initialized.

  section in NativeAPI.InitNativeAPI()
  
  
  It doesn't fail all the time, it depends on the memory layout.
