Error description

• Failures to create hardware PMRs within Storage Insights have
  been observed due to sending the device?s enclosure serial
  number instead of the device serial number. This results in a
  failure when checking support entitlement status. The only
  visible messaging about the failure to create the ticket in the
  Storage Insights user interface is a message stating the
  following:
  An unexpected error occurred during the execution
  of the
  action.
