Error description
RESTRequest Node is not able use Swagger JSON file's operation if it is shared with RTC. Operations defined in Swagger JSON is not loaded and shown in RESTRequest node's Basic tab. Hence user is not able to select any operations defined in Swagger JSON. Toolkit shows error message "Operation : A value must be set for this property".

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All Users of IBM Integration Bus v10.0 and App Connect Enterprise V11.0 using RESTRequest node in Integration Projects which are shared via RTC. Platforms affected: Windows on x86-64 platform, Linux on x86-64 platform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The RESTRequest Node is not able use Swagger JSON file's operation if the Integration project it is in is shared via RTC. Operations defined in the Swagger JSON file fail to load, because uses protocol "sourcecontrol", and are not shown in RESTRequest node's Basic tab. Hence the user is not able to select any operations defined in Swagger and the Toolkit shows error message:- "Operation : A value must be set for this property".
Problem conclusion
