APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • During restore operations of mailbox objects with IBM Spectrum
Protect Plus for cloud management systems (Microsoft 365),
the below errors are encountered.

CTGGR0009 Task ended with a failed status.
CTGGR0026 An unexpected error occurred when processing the job.

Additionally in the Microsoft365 agent logs, the below entry can
also be seen.

Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: ConcurrentItemSave
Message: Conflicts occurred during saving data to store
(saveresult: IrresolvableConflict, properties: ). Please retry
the request.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem has been fixed so that after encountering the
"ConcurrentItemSave" error, the request is properly retried and
the partially restored object is cleaned up.
