Error description

  • The 'mqsistart BKR' command on windows may fail with following
    message if the system is having separate MQ Server and MQ Client
    installations.
    
    BIP8251W: Service dependencies for component 'BKR11' changed to
    'MQ_Installation2'; the previous value was 'MQ_Installation1'.
    BIP8028E: The required product is unavailable.
    IBM App Connect Enterprise requires that IBM MQ is installed and
    that its service 'IBM MQSeries' is available.
    Ensure that IBM MQ is installed, and that the service is started
    and running correctly.

    All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and IBM
    Integration Bus V10.0 on Windows with MQ Client installations.
    
    
    Platforms affected:
    Windows on x86-64 platform

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    The mqsistart command on Windows may fail with following
    messages if the system has separate MQ Server and MQ Client
    installations.
    
    BIP8251W: Service dependencies for component 'BKR11' changed to
    'MQ_Installation2'; the previous value was  'MQ_Installation1'.
    BIP8028E: The required product is unavailable.
    
    IBM App Connect Enterprise requires that IBM MQ is installed and
    that its service 'IBM MQSeries' is available.
    Ensure that IBM MQ is installed, and that the service is started
    and running correctly.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The product no longer causes Integration Node startup failure
    due to the presence of an MQ Client installation on the server
    machine.
