Error description

• Toolkit enters an infinite loop eventually running out of
  memory when it fails to compile message set schemas (.mxsd
  files). This may happen during building a BAR archive when
  .mxsd files have errors, e.g. null characters.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

• Toolkit will build the BAR archive, logging an error message
