  platforms in the MQ Console

• There is no local fix/workaround. This APAR fix adds missing
  function.
  

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  This issue affects users of:
  
  - The IBM MQ New Web Console.
  - The IBM MQ Dashboard Web Console
  
  who wish to configure secure channels to use either Alias or TLS
  1.3 CipherSpecs on multiple platforms.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Alias and TLS 1.3 CipherSpecs are not enabled for all supported
  platforms in either the IBM MQ New Web Console or Dashboard Web
  Console.
  

Problem conclusion

• The list of CipherSpecs displayed in the SSL Cipher Spec
  (SSLCIPH) channel property when defining an MQ channel using the
  IBM MQ New Web Console and Dashboard Web Console have been
  updated to include Alias and TLS 1.3 CipherSpecs for the
  platforms that support them.
  
  An equivalent update for the IBM MQ Explorer is being made under
  APAR IT34567.
