Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus inventory operation for Microsoft 365
  will
  complete successfully when invalid credentials are used. The
  inventory job will complete successfully, however the job will
  contain errors shown below and the inventory operation will not
  have updated Spectrum Protect Plus with mail, calendar or
  onedrive items.
  
  CTGGR0030 Import task ended with status: failed.
  CTGGR0031 Invalid Microsoft 365 credentials have been entered.
  Cannot login into the Microsoft 365 tenant.
  
  Affected versions: 10.1.5 10.1.6 10.1.7

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that when invalid credentials are
  used the inventory job end with partial status and the following
  messages can be found in the joblog:
  
  CTGGR0030 Import task ended with status: failed.
  CTGGR0031 Invalid Microsoft 365 credentials have been entered.
  Cannot login into the Microsoft 365 tenant.
