Error description
HWNPM2132W Performance data could not be collected for device xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (00000123456789A). The current samples are skipped. (HWNPM4305W No samples were received from the data collector in the expected time. The data might still arrive automatically after connection is recovered.) The performance monitoring for the storage system is running on the data collector based on the performance manager interval 15 minutes instead of 5 minutes. The SI Device server is pooling for data. So, the performance job is not synchronized in what should be the interval for PM defined for this storage system in repository versus the running PM job on DC. In the storage device input file: opt/IBM/TPC/device/log/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/perf_monitor/xxxxxxxx/xxxx xxxxxxxxxx_input.txt .... #Thu Nov 26 01:27:23 EST 2020 ? Username=xxx Timeout=300 IntervalLength=900 The scheduled PM interval on the DC doesn't match the SI server polling interval for data collection running for that device.
