IT35366: Memory leak using Publish/Subscribe with large RFH2 headers

Error description

• A memory leak
  can occur when processing an RFH2 header if the message size
  exceeds a certain threshold. A gradual increase will be seen in
  the amqzlaa0 process if this problem is encountered.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A memory leak occurred in the queue manager while processing
  large RFH2 headers. This problem resulted in a gradual increase
  in memory consumption for the amqzlaa0 process.
  

Problem conclusion

• The queue manager RFH2 handling logic has been updated so that
  the leaked memory that was identified is now properly freed.
