  correctly.
  The toolkit version of this jar file is not at the
  correct level and needs updating.
  For instance, an error will
  occur if the user tries to
  call:
  MbMessage.getDOMDocument(boolean emptyStringForNull)
  MbMessage.getDOMDocument(boolean emptyStringForNull)
