  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A timing window existed during which a non persistent message
  containing message properties could be handed over to waiting
  MQGET with corrupted / incomplete properties.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is resolved by correctly identifying the correct
  waiter record to signal when the message properties have been
  completely copied.
