Error description

• This defect corrects an issue is related to DS8K firmware
  levels above 7.8 (which support small extents).
  
  In an observed
  example:
  The Flash Tier1 capacity for the DS8K FB volumes
  display a value that is many times higher than used
  capacity:
  100GiB (Used Capacity) --> 1600GiB Flash Tier1
  capacity
  131.44 (Used Capacity) --> 2,103.00 Flash Tier1 capacit
