Error description

  • DataPower's ssh client may watchdog and error out while acting
    as a SFTP client for large files.
    
    Example Log:
    DataPower ssh
    task is not responding, restart in progress
    

Local fix

  • Enable 'Persistent Connections' for your SSH Client Profile
    

Problem summary

  • When no SFTPClientPolicy is set for SFTP backend, DP should read
     the PersistentConnection option in gateway as the default
    setting.
    

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

  • Set a "SSH Client Profile" with enabled "Persistent
    Connections".
