IT34754: OFFLOAD OF APPLICATION PROTECTED DATA FROM REPLICATION VSNAP TO SPECTRUM PROTECT OR CLOUD FAILS

Error description

• Backups of Application Protected data (e.g. Microsoft SQL
  Server, Microsoft Exchange Server) that first was replicated to
  a secondary vSnap server will fail to be offloaded from that
  secondary replication vSnap server to any type of cloud or
  server repository.
  
  The issue can be seen in the
  Joblog:
  ERROR,1602050299952,<date>,2,CTGGA1964,failed to
  perform copy. Reason
  null
  ERROR,1602050299954,<date>,2,CTGGA2214,Total number of
  databases not copied by this job:169/169
  
  The virgo log will
  have the following entry:
  [date] INFO asyncTaskExecutor-3519
  c.s.d.x.serviceprovider.protection.common.CommonProtectionUtils
  <jobid> No snapshot were found for last success backup session
  Id null in recovery storage catalog snapshot collections.
  
  IBM
  Spectrum Protect does not handle databases correctly that do
  not have a snapshot to offload. This causes the failure of the
  entire offload job.
