Error description
Customer reported that every time they mouse hover and leave it there at the leftmost side of OIA causes the CPU spikes up in processes as indicated in the Windows Task Manager. This is where MA (SNA type connection notification) and the Session letter is displayed. Moving the mouse away the CPU goes back to zero. Affected version of PComm are v14.0.2, v14.0.1 and 13.0.2 (32 bit).
Local fix
Move the mouse away from the OIA. PComm users need to be mindful not to leave the mouse pointer at the leftmost side of the OIA.
