• If an HTTPRequest Node redirection fails when a relative url
  includes a dot in it's path.

  All users of IBM Integration Bus v10 and IBM App Connect
  Enterprise v11 with HTTPRequest node.
  
  
  Platforms affected:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  APAR IT31478 added support for HTTP redirection to a relative
  UR, but it fails if the relative URL includes a dot character in
  the path.  For example, a redirect to a new location of
  'articles/index.html' will fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• The HTTPRequest node no longer fails to redirect the request if
  the redirecting URL is relative and includes a dot within the
  path.
