Error description

• The following MFT event message needs to be improved to include
  better details.
  
  "BFGSS0024E: The agent has received a reason code of '2031'
  from the
  message queue interface (MQI). "
  
  The RC=2031 means "MQRC_MSG_TOO_BIG_FOR_Q_MGR" which implies a
  problem with the maximum message size with the queue manager
  when in practice it could be due to a internal queue used by
  MFT.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a File Transfer request is made it can generate an error
  message BFGSS0024E.  This message suggest that we were unable to
  put information on a queue/channel.  However they do not provide
  any details of the name of the queue/channel. that had the
  problem.
  
  e.g.
  BFGSS0024E: The agent has received a reason code of '2031' from
  the message queue interface (MQI).
  

Problem conclusion

• The error message has been changed to provide the object that
  was being accessed.
  
  For example, the error message now reads in for the form:
  
  BFGSS0024E: The agent has received a reason code of '2031' from
  the message queue interface (MQI) for
  `SYSTEM.FTE.STATE.MFT_AGT_LNX_0@QM1`.
