Error description

• While exporting xslt resources from
  the old instance version 5.2.6.3 to import in 6.0.3.2, the
  problem is the default version of the XSLTs is not being
  updated correctly. Testing shows that the last version of XSLTs
  in the export file becomes the default version regardless of
  which one is the actual default.

Problem conclusion

  is modified to only set the resource version to default only if
