Error description

  • Performance data are no longer collected with message in the
    performance log:
    HWNPM2122W No valid performance data was provided by the
    monitored resource. No performance data records were inserted
    into the database.
    
    In the trace_0.log from the data collector, the moduleInfo
    doesn't contain the performance information:

    the Interface Module.
    The performance data are collected only if fc_port_count value
    is different than 0.
    There is no check for the ethernet port if the fc_port_count
    value = 0 and then no performance data collected for them.
