Error description

• If a subflow part of a static library tries to reference an MRM
  message model part of another static library then it fails with
  a BIP5304E error message.
  
  BIP5304E: ( BKR11.default ) A runtime dictionary resource for
  message set ''CompanyMsgSet'' cannot be found.

  All users of IBM AppConnect Enterprise V11.0.0.10 with subflows
  and MRM message models in different static libraries.

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified so that the subflows inside a
  static library is able to reference MRM message models from
