IT34363: Improve diagnostics in zxcHealthThread for unexpected queue manager shutdown

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A queue manager ended unexpected with the following failure data
  capture (FDC) record.
  
  amqzxma0  1999 11 ZX028090 zxcHealthThread
  
  However the FDC was not helpful to understand the cause for the
  queue manager shutdown.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The FDC with Probe Id ZX028090 generated during unexpected queue
  manager shutdown was not helpful to understand the cause for the
  queue manager shutdown and so additional diagnostics are
  required to be added to the FDC.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ code has been modified to added additional
  diagnostics for the benefit of IBM support teams.
