IT34295: ON IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT PLUS GUI, DATA DISPLAYED IN JOB-LISTS AND JOB-DETAILS OF THE JOBS AND OPERATIONS ARE SOMETIMES DIFFERENT

APAR status

Error description

• Normally on IBM Spectrum Protect Plus GUI when a user
  switch between tabs ( running jobs <=> job
  history ) the UI is making API call to get data for currently
  selected tab, during that time he can't switch tabs until all
  data is received.
  
  However from time to time UI is making
  another call to refresh that data. If he switches tab exactly
  at this time new API call won't be made because
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus already got a pending one.
  As a result IBM Spectrum Protect Plus land on a new tab
  with the data from the previous one.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Job and Operations screen has been
  fixed to properly show the correct job information in cases in
  which the user switched between history and running tabs.
