  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">REST
  application, hosted in an integration server, may reject request
  URL containing special </span><span
  style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">characters even when
  the listener allows them. A BIP6311E error </span><span
  style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">is thrown when this
  happens.      </span>
  
  For example,if a REST service has an endpoint  as /users/{id},
  an invocation of this service by the client in the  form
  http://localhost:7800/users/5 works but
  http://localhost:7800/users/5+4 will not work due to the plus
  character in it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now allows special characters in the request URL of
  REST endpoints hosted in an integration server.
