Error description
User is running on a Hebrew locale, BiDi Windows machine. They are using PCOMM 14.0.1 (64-bit) to run their CICS application with mix of Hebrew and English host data. They are experiencing PCOMM crash while hitting PrtScn key on some of their CICS screens.

Problem conclusion
Code changes have been made in PCSPD.DLL module to make use of secure version string operation APIs in place of non-secure version.
