Error description
A session manager hangs forever in state INIT if the server issues a write to the session manager and the write fails with an error 16 (No file with that file number has been opened).

Problem summary
Users Affected: All users of the Connect:Direct for HP NonStop. Problem Description: When the C:D server writes to a session manager process, and the write fails with an error 16, the LU associated with the session manager process may hang indefinitely in state INIT, unable to execute sessions with other nodes. Platforms Affected: All
Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: If a write failure occurs, the C:D servers stops and restarts the session manager process, restoring the LU to state WAIT, making it available to execute sessions. Delivered in: 3.6.0.2, iFix 026, August 19, 2020
