IT33843: UI REPORTS LINK BROKEN ON NON-ENGLISH BROWSERS

Error description

• When upgrading IBM Spectrum Protect Plus from
  version 10.1.5
  to 10.1.6, using a non-English browser,
   the Reports link found
  under "Reports and Logs" tab
   fails when clicked. The Reports
  link is used for creating
   and running reports. When click the
  Reports link,
   an error is displayed with a title of
  "Unhandled Error"
   and a message stating the below:
