Error description

• Customers may observe events of the following format raised
  incorrectly as 'Critical' 'CallHome' issues:
  .
  IMM-810b010a1e81ffff:Redundancy Lost for Fan Zone 1 has
  deasserted.
  IMM-810102041d03ffff:Numeric sensor Fan 3B Tach going low
  (lower critical) has deasserted.
  .
  The 'deasserted' notation actually indicates that these events
  are informational and resolve earlier 'asserted' events of a
  similar format.
  

Local fix

• When you observe IMM events containing the text 'deasserted',
  such as the following:
  .
  IMM-810b010a1e81ffff:Redundancy Lost for Fan Zone 1 has
  deasserted.
  IMM-810102041d03ffff:Numeric sensor Fan 3B Tach going low
  (lower critical) has deasserted.
  .
  look for earlier events of the same format and values, but with
  the text 'asserted':
  .
  IMM-810b010a1e81ffff:Redundancy Lost for Fan Zone 1 has
  asserted.
  IMM-810102041d03ffff:Numeric sensor Fan 3B Tach going low
  (lower critical) has asserted.
  .
  a minute or less prior.  The close set of 'paired'
  asserted/deasserted messages are a false positive alert and can
  be disregarded.
  .
  Also note, the 'assert' messages are a known, false positive
  issue:
