Error description

• When the preferred language for web browser where the SPP UI is
  launched is set as non-English, the message for CTGGA0076
  contains incomplete information where the virtual machine name
  and the "Last error" part is missing.
  
  Here is an example:
  Proper information for the message for CTGGA0076 should be
  displayed as below in English in the joblog:
  ERROR,<timestamp>,2,CTGGA0076,Unprotected vm:  <VM name>. Last
  error: [error message in detail]
  ......
  
  However, non-English message for CTGGA0076 is displayed as the
  following instead in joblog (in Italian as an example):
  ERROR, <timestamp>,2,CTGGA0076,VM non protetta:
  ......
  
  When the above issue occurs, you will need to review the
  corresponding virgo log to find out the complete information
  for CTGGA0076, like the following:
