IT33489: VIRTUAL MACHINES BACKUPS ARE SLOW AFTER UPGRADING TO IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT PLUS 10.1.6

Error description

• After upgrading to IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.6, VMs backups
  become slow. The job log shows delay as following:
  
  Mon 1 Jun 2020 19:10:38 UTC,2,CTGGA2026,Starting backups of all
  VMs
  Mon 1 Jun 2020 20:02:42 UTC,2,CTGGA0634,Using storage volume
  <volume-name> on controller <vsnap-address> for backup
  
  During this delay period, a lot of messages like this are
  displayed in the virgo log:

  The hypervisor cache is not being used correctly, which causes
  a greatly increased loading time of hypervisor objects.
