IT33466: SYSTEM FAILURE OCCURRED ERROR AFTER TRYING TO ADD STORAGE DEVICE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Storage Insight web GUI displays "HWNPM0390E A system failure
  occurred" after unsuccessfully trying to add a storage device.
  After trying to add a SVC 6.4 some of the database tables are
  not completely populated, leaving null entries which cause the
  error to occur rendering most of the GUI functionality
  inoperable.
