IT33433: ACN6103W AND ACN0151E MESSAGES WHEN RESTORING A MAILBOX MIGRATED TO OFFICE 365

APAR status

Error description

  • When restoring a mailbox that was later migrated to Office 365,
    to a PST file using alias or GUID, Data Protection for Exchange
    is not able to find the mailbox in the restored database.
    
    
    
    Following messages will be reported in the
    tdpexc.log:
    
    ACN6103W A mailbox was not found in the recovery
    database. Verify that mailbox is valid and logon at least
    once.
    ACN0151E Errors occurred while processing the
    request.
    
    
    
    A Data Protection for Exchange trace shows how the
    mailbox cannot be found in the restored database:

Problem conclusion
