Error description

• A 32-bit application while connecting to a qmgr issues a MQCONN
  but failed with MQRC_Q_MGR_NOT_AVAILABLE. This incident is
  followed by repeated failure data capture (FDC) records with
  probe id KN432051 and Major Errorcode
  xecF_E_UNEXPECTED_SYSTEM_RC from the function kpiAppSignalTask
  reporting missing signalapp.xx files. The function stack is as

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The problem happens due to incorrect handling of large values
  returned by some system when running 32 bit processes on 64 bit
  operating systems.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes added to accommodate the data returned by
  stat/fstat call on a 64-bit system.
