IT33182: MAILBOX THROWS AN ERROR WHEN USING THE ls COMMAND FROM SFTP CLIENT TO LIST FILES IN GLOBAL MAILBOX

Error description

• The following error is seen when sftp
  list (ls)
  command is used for any global mailbox with more than about 1700
  files. They find the following error in the globalmailbox.log:
  
  The specified mailbox
  '/Received/EDI82041.C8D58Q2H.09202019.PHNFTSYSTEM2.JO.EDI82041.J
  7K0WN1YF81BDJUYK.PHNFTSYSTEM2.Payment191282.EDI82041' does not
  exist.
  
  
  
  (ls) command for any global mailbox with more than about 1700
  files displays an error. The following error is found in the
  globalmailbox.log:
  
  The specified mailbox '/Received/EDI82041.C8
  D58Q2H.09202019.PHNFTSYSTEM2.JO.EDI82041.J7K0WN1YF81BDJUYK.PHNFT
  SYSTEM2.Payment191282.EDI82041' does not exist.
  
  This occurs
  with either command-line sftp or filezilla. They do not see a
  problem with traditional mailboxes.
