Error description
When migrating to V11, configurable services are migrated to node-level policies. When the integration node uses a shared work-path, typically used in HA scenarios, the node level policies are not being found/loaded by the integration servers as they start.
Local fix
An alternative approach is to deploy the policies directly to each integration server which avoids the need to use node level policies.
