Error description

• When a SOAPRequest node is configured with SOAP response
  validation it will fail if the WSDL model is configured via a
  message set in a static library included in an application. The
  error is reported includes:
  
  'Validation is enabled but no
  application message model can be found'

  Validation of SOAP messages using message model located in an
  included Static Libraries

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a SOAPRequest node is configured with SOAP response
  validation it will fail if the WSDL model is configured via a
  message set in a static library included in an application.
  

Problem conclusion

• SOAP WSDL Manager is corrected to load message definitions from
  static libraries included in an application so that validation
  operates correctly.
