Error description

• According to the backup-archive client reference for the
  FILELIST option:
  
    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEQVQ_8.1.9/clien
    t/r_opt_filelist.html
  
    The entries in the list are processed in the order they appear
    in the filelist.
  
  However, the client does not honor this documented behavior, and
  instead sorts the files by name before processing them.

  All 7.1 and 8.1 backup-archive clients

Problem conclusion

• Upon the fix, the backup or archive operations which use
  -filelist option will send objects in the order specified by the
  -filelist.
  That will be in accordance with the current -filelist option
  documentation.
