IT33111: THE CLIENT ACCEPTOR SERVICES PORT VALUES ARE NOT HONOURED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Client Acceptor may allocate a random port even though the
  port values are explicitly specified in the client options via
  HTTPPORT and WEBPORTS options.
  It can happen if the specified port numbers are already in use.
  
  HTTP and TCP ports that dsmcad allocates can be seen in the
  dsmwebcl.log, for example:

Local fix

• Specify free ports when defining values for the HTTPPORT and
  WEBPORTS in dsm.opt/dsm.sys.

Problem conclusion

• The backup-archive client allocates now only un-usable ports.
  For default ports the random ports could be allocated.
